For residents and long-stay travelers. <Identification> In place of a Japanese My Number Card, please upload or send a copy of your passport for identification via the MELMO platform. <Prescriptions> Standard Delivery: Physical prescriptions will be sent via postal mail to your hotel or designated address (delivery takes 1–3 days). You can then take the prescription to any pharmacy to receive your medication. Direct Fax (Faster): If you find a nearby pharmacy in the MELMO directory, we can fax the prescription directly to them. This allows you to pick up your medicine sooner.

We only prescribe medications that are authorized by the Japanese government.

Medical Fees for Patients without Japanese Health Insurance Notice: This medical service is for patients who do not possess a Japanese Health Insurance Card. Fee Calculation: The total medical fee is calculated based on the standard Japanese national medical fee schedule. You will be responsible for 100% (the full amount) of the calculated cost. Reference: (Note: Patients with Japanese health insurance are typically responsible for 10% to 30% of the total cost.)
