This service is for foreign residents living in Japan only. Please be sure to bring the following items when you visit. ・My Number Card (Japanese Individual Number Card) ・Japanese Health Insurance Card / Eligibility Certificate ・Residence Card If your residence card is currently unavailable due to renewal procedures, please bring official documents confirming your status. If you cannot present official documentation, we will not be able to provide medical consultation. The online medical questionnaire is available in English and Vietnamese; however, automatic AI translation is used. Please come to the clinic with someone who understands Japanese. We do not provide consultations for breast-related symptoms. Please provide multiple preferred appointment dates. If you enter only your first-choice date, we may not be able to accept. Depending on your symptoms or medical history, we may not be able to accept your appointment. In such cases, we will contact you by email.
